Race Caps Supreme
Race Caps Supreme enthält als Hauptbestandteil Coenzym Q10 und ist seit über 30 Jahren eines der meist geschätzten Supplemente für Athleten und Sportler.
Race Caps Supreme enthält neben Coenzym Q10 und anderen Antioxidantien zusätzlich Vitamin E und Mineralstoffe. Die Race Caps Supreme von Hammer Nutrition eigenen sich ideal für Sportler. Da die körpereigene Produktion von Coenzym Q10 ab dem ca. 30 Lebensjahr abnimmt, kann dies supplementiert werden.
Eine besonders grosse Rolle spielt das Q10 in den Mitochondrien („Kraftwerke der Zellen“) als Enzym-Helfer bei der Umwandlung von Nahrungsenergie in körpereigene Energie, also im Energiestoffwechsel. Sobald Energie produziert wird, kommt Q10 zum Einsatz. Und da unser Stoffwechsel uns ununterbrochen Energie bereitstellen muss, ist Coenzym Q10 so wichtig.
Q10 ist ausserdem auch ein starkes Antioxidant. Antioxidantien tragen dazu bei, Körperzellen vor oxidativem Stress zu schützen. Da dieser Zellen schädigt, gilt oxidativer Stress als Hauptursache für frühzeitige Hautalterung und ist beteiligt an der Entstehung einer Vielzahl von Krankheiten. Sport unter 2 Stunden: 1 Kapsel 30-90 Min. vor dem Sport und 1 Kapsel nach dem Sport mit Recoverite oder dem Essen
Sport über 2 Stunden: 1 Kapsel 30-90 Min. vor dem Sport und 1 Kapsel nach dem Sport mit Recoverite oder dem Essen. Zusätzlich kann pro Stunde während dem Training 1 Kapsel eingenommen werden bei Bedarf.
