The prepared drink (50 g in 250 ml of water) contains 274.5 kJ (64.7 kcal) per 100 ml. If other liquids are used instead of water, the nutritional and caloric values will change accordingly.

Drink 2 servings of 50 g powder in 250 ml cold water each throughout the day:

On training days especially after training and additionally in the morning after getting up.
On non-training days in the morning directly after getting up and in the afternoon as a snack or with regular meals.

Preparation: Mix 50 g powder per serving (= 4 level measuring spoons) with 250 ml cold water so that the powder dissolves.

Note: A few minutes waiting time before drinking is recommended to allow the lactase to break down lactose. Can also be prepared with milk beverages if desired.
